The development comprised two semi-detached industrial units extending to 31,000 sq ft. Unit 1C extended to 8,500 sq ft and built to a shell specification.

Upon practical completion, the unit was sold to Unette packaging due to their expansion requirements.

Unit 1D extended to 22,500 sq ft and incorporated an extensive office fit out to the ground floor and a mezzanine level to the first floor, the unit was sold upon practical completion of the unit to a private investor.
